"The Collector" is my first read this book, author, and certainly not the last. Alex Kava from an early interest in literature, but no one in the family, but brother, did not share her enthusiasm, Nobody believed that it manages to keep from writing books. But Alex has proven itself that it has talent. Her story quickly gained recognition, many of them were on the bestseller list, because although they are a literary fiction, it is underpinned by a sound psychological knowledge and the knowledge of police procedures, are very reliable.

"The Collector" is a really good book. The action takes place very quickly, and if two or even three torowo. On the one hand, trying to find a psychopathic killer on the other to prepare for the impending hurricane. We get to know different people, those responsible and those who till the very end sitting on the beach, without being aware of the case, what a moment has come. Alex Kava has created great characters in the book, not just the main characters, but the whole society. The author raises many moral dilemmas. At one point, Agent zastawiała why people are more concerned with oncoming storm than a psychopathic killer. She has never experienced a hurricane and for her what else was a priority. She was short and brutal answer - a murderer kills a few dozen people, a hurricane in one day from 300 to ... ? As I wrote at the beginning, you'll be tempted by other items that author. I recommend to those who do not yet know the work of Ms. Alex Kava, because fun and interesting writing. A and I have to mention the cover art, because I really turn them out, and this is good.
